    I need help! My sanebox score is a lowly 31. Will it help for me to select everything in my spam folder and transfer it into SaneBlackHole? It seems as though there’s nothing that I can do to get rid of spam.

While we are the competitive types who strive for the highest score possible, we also know everyone has their own way of processing email.     When reviewing email on my iPhone, I don’t see an option for relegating emails to the black hole- only inbox once, always, or trash. Am I just not seeing the black hole option?

    I accidentally put Kobo in the blackhole and now I cannot reset my password, because I cannot get an email from them. How do I unblackhole an email?

    Thanks for your question. You can see and modify trainings for the BlackHole (and all of your other Sane Folders) at any time from your dashboard. For the SaneBlackHole, head straight to https://www.sanebox.com/dashboard/training/blackhole and scroll or use the search box to locate the sender you wish you re-train.
