We asked Jairek a few questions on how he personally optimizes his action-packed days as a busy lifestyle entrepreneur. Read on for the full interview:


What does the first 90 minutes of your day look like?


  1. Meditate
  2. Read my 20-year vision, 1-year goals and weekly outcomes plan
  3. Mentally Rehearse the day
  4. Take a gratitude walk with my wife
  5. Do a 40-60 min workout at the gym (weights + cardio)
  6. A few rounds of Wim Hof breathing followed by 3 min ice cold shower


What’s your number one productivity/time-saving tip?


I ask myself three questions before every meeting/task I take on.


  1. What is my outcome?
  2. Why must I achieve that now?
  3. How will I make it happen in X time?

Do you have a pre-bed/nightly routine?


Journal about three great things that happened that day, followed by a meditation practice with Muse. Then, a few rounds of Wim Hof Breathing, yoga to decompress the mind and body, and lastly, I apply a tip from “Sleep Smarter” to optimize my sleep.

The most worthwhile investment in time, money, or energy that you’ve made?


Loving my wife and making her feel like the most understood, seen, appreciated, and loved woman on this planet. There is nothing better than finding someone special to share your life with and the best investment I make each day is making sure I pour my heart and soul into my wife and the love we share together.


What’s your definition of productivity?


The ability to seamlessly move from one task to the next – all while making consistent progress.
